jyo9 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jyo9 platform ("Platform", "Website" or "jyo9") and all users of its services ("User", "Member" or "You"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the jyo9.cam website, you will be considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.

• Transactions made in a third party's name are not accepted and may be returned.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

3.3 Currency and Taxes

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• The total bonus and deposit amount must meet a 25x wagering requirement.
• The bonus may only be claimed once and applies to one account.
• There may be a specific time limit for using the bonus.

4.2 Promotions and Special Offers

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any abuse of the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts, placing artificial bets or coordinated betting patterns — if proven, gives jyo9 the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

jyo9's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progressing to a higher tier depends on your regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week and its own terms apply.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• Any technical error related to game results may result in the bet being voided.
• If a technical issue occurs in any game, the decision of jyo9 management will be considered final.
• Using bots, automation software or artificial means to play is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Betting odds may change at any time and remain valid until the event begins.
• If a match is cancelled or partially completed, settlement will be made according to the applicable betting rules.
• Bets associated with match fixing or any other dishonest activity will be suspended or voided.
• There may be delays in live betting; deliberately exploiting delays is prohibited.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Providing fraudulent or false information.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

• Unauthorized access to another user's account.

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

For any of the above violations, jyo9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If a violation is proven, the balance may be forfeited and the right to take legal action is reserved.
